This House Washing project took place in Hellertown PA (Lower Saucon Township PA) the homeowner found us online after he searched for “Power Washing Near Me” our website was on the top page, he checked us out and clicked on “Get a Free Estimate” button on our website waterbrothersllc.com. We reply to his inquiry within minutes, asked him a few questions and set up a time to go meet with him and see his property.
As we arrived and walked up to his front door we realized that his brick walkway and front steps needed some cleaning as well. We provided him with a verbal estimate for House Washing, Patio Cleaning (brick) and Walkway And front Steps Cleaning. We also sent him all the info pertaining to this estimate via email with an explanation of services.
He took a few days to accept our estimate since he was waiting for other Pressure Washing contractors to get back to him with their quotes.(but they never did) so He booked with us due to our professionalism and responsiveness!
We arrived on time at the day scheduled, setup our Soft Washing and Pressure Washing systems, applied our House Washing soap onto his home’s siding, walkway and patio, all the mold and mildew disappeared in a matter of 15-20 minutes, we then pressure washed the brick and softly rinsed his home’s siding.
The results were stunning!
