This is a Roof Cleaning (shingle restoration) project in Bethlehem PA, actually this home belongs to one of the Water Brothers! He noticed the presence of this bacteria call “Gleocapsa Magma” which darkens the shingles and prematurely ages your roof. He mentioned multiple times he had to take care of it, however, with our busy schedule he kept postponing it.

Well, after a few weeks he decided to finally start his Roof Cleaning project.

Since it was a small area, he decided to use just an electric pump sprayer instead of our Soft Wash system.

He mixed our Roof Cleaning and Restoration soap with our Roof Conditioner in a 2 gallon pump sprayer and sprayed the solution onto his roof shingles, he made sure all the roof shingles were coated generously and that was it!

NO PRESSURE is ever applied to an asphalt shingle roof, no rinsing either, it’s actually a treatment not a “cleaning” but one of the many benefits is that it cleans it!
