Amazing House Washing an entire Senior living community in Topton PA

Early this year, we received a phone call from a Religious Senior living community located in Topton PA, they were requesting a bid for the following, House Washing, Roof Cleaning, Walkway washing and Patio Cleaning for 53 single family home houses. We collected all the information we needed and submitted our proposal with explanation of services, terms and conditions and a copy of our state license and business insurance.

One of their coordinators called us a few days later to let us know that our bid was accepted, not only based on price but also on how detailed our proposal was compared to the several others they obtained and how quickly we guaranteed the project would be completed!

We settled on a date and assured them we were able to finish the job in 4 days or fewer.

We arrived on time, met with one of their coordinators who had maps for us, we started from an area they requested us to, then the work started! While one of the Water Brothers was on the roof spraying out roof treatment soap and roof conditioner, the other Water Brother was on the ground making sure all the homes were soft washed property along with the walkways and patios.

All the residents were amused with our work and had fun with us in the process!

The end result was that all the house washing, patio cleaning, roof cleaning and walkway cleaning projects were finished in less than 4 days!
