Marcos decided to check on his roof and make sure all was well and found one area covered in a bacteria called “Gloeocapsa magma.” This is very harmful and destructive to the shingles, causing premature aging and decay, causing the need for a new roof before its time.

It’s a great thing we offer Roof Cleaning! Marcos prepared a Roof Cleaning and Treatment soap solution, used our soft washing system to gently apply it to the small portion of the roof that needed immediate attention and let it dwell. Note that even after the treatment you could still see some patches of moss, that is because we follow the asphalt single’s manufacturer’s methods of cleaning the roof, so NO PRESSURE is ever applied, nature will remove the moss with a few raining days however the bacteria “Gloeocapsa magma” was gone immediately as you can see in the pictures.
